The Spanish authors and judges in this story contest, Mónica Carretero Sáez, and Pedro Mañas were delighted to read all the wonderful stories and they expressed their gratitude to be part of this creative adventure with all our young writers. They also asked me to let you all know that each writer showed incredible imagination and effort. They hope that everyone continues to write and share many wonderful stories. LEARNIKA & LIVINGSPANISH EN COLABORACION CON GRANDES AUTORES ESPAÑOLES DE LITERATURA INFANTIL PRESENTA EL CONCURSO DE CUENTO INFANTIL “LA OLA DE CUENTOS” Bienvenidos a todos los jóvenes autores interesados en participar en este concurso de cuento infantil organizado por Learnika y Livingspanish en colaboración especial con grandes autores de la literatura infantil en España. Súbete a la ola y escríbenos tu propio cuento en español. Los archiconocidos autores españoles de libros infantiles, Mónica Carretero Sáez y Pedro Mañas, colaborarán como jurado de este gran concurso junto con el profesorado de Learnika y Livingspanish. OBJETIVO DEL CONCURSO: – Estimular la destreza de los estudiantes en la comunicación escrita. – Poner en práctica el conocimiento aprendido durante el curso escolar. – Fomentar la socialización de manera creativa y participativa. PREMIOS: Lote de libros de estos grandes autores de literatura infantil y diploma de honor. PARTICIPANTES: Todos los estudiantes del programa de inmersión en español y todos los chicos que puedan escribir en español de 1er grado a 8º grado podrán participar en este concurso. The well-known Spanish authors, Mónica Carretero Sáez and Pedro Mañas will collaborate as the judges in this exciting contest. Purpose of the competition: – Stimulate students’ skills in written communication. – Put in practice the knowledge learned during the school year. – Promote socialization in a creative and participative way. Prizes: Each division winner will receive a bundle of the latest books by these wonderful authors and a certificate of achievement. Participants: All 1st – 8th-grade Spanish Immersion students and children that can write in Spanish from the Bay Area are welcome to participate. The following categories were organized according to this school year: – group “A”: 1st to 2nd grade – group “B”: 3rd to 5th grade – group “C”: 6th to 8th grade Contest details: – Open theme and must be written in Spanish. Only one entry per person will be accepted. – The entries can be fiction or non-fiction. They must begin with “Había una vez…” and include a title. – 300 to 1,000 words either typed or written on paper with pencil/pen. – If typed, use 12 pt font and Times New Roman. – Each entry must include the child’s name, grade, school, and the email address of one of the parents. – Please email digital entries to info@learnika.com – Hard copy entries must be mailed to Learnika at 572 College ave. - Temática libre en español. El cuento debe comenzar: Había una vez… (Fantástico o realidad) y debe incluir el título. Solo un cuento por persona será aceptado.
- 300 a 1.000 palabras. Texto en ordenador o escrito en papel con lápiz o bolígrafo. En ordenador se debe usar 12 pt y Times New Roman.
- En cada cuento añadir: nombre y apellidos del participante, grado y nombre de la escuela, además de una dirección de email del padre o madre.
- Deberá ser enviado por correo electrónico a info@learnika.com o por correo postal: Learnika 572 College Ave. Palo Alto CA 94306. Los cuentos no serán devueltos.
- El último día de entrega: 19 de junio del 2020 (medianoche)
- Learnika/Livingspanish no se hacen responsables por los envios postales demorados, cuentos ilegibles, dañados, incompletos o con franqueo a pagar.
- Todos los cuentos deben seguir las reglas del concurso para ser aceptados.
