Living Spanish is heading to Spain this summer 2025! Established in 2004, the Living Spanish abroad camp has taken students from the Bay Area to the beautiful region of Andalucia in southern Spain. There, they enjoy a cultural experience, learning customs, engaging in fun activities, and making friends while learning Spanish!
Living Spanish Summer Camp: Embark on an unforgettable journey into the heart of Spanish culture, language, and adventure. Set in a picturesque farm school in Andalucía, Southern Spain, this immersive experience offers young aspiring Spanish learners (ages 5–14) the unique opportunity to practice their language skills while exploring a vibrant and authentic cultural environment.
From July 1st – July 7th, 2025, your child will join local Spanish campers in a week filled with engaging activities designed to foster connections, independence, and growth. They’ll participate in:
- Outdoor Adventures: Endless group party games and other activities like swimming, soccer, horseback riding, kayaking, zip-lining, climbing, hiking and more!
- Hands-On Life Skills: Experience life on the farm with activities like caring for animals, agriculture, beekeeping, astrology, and everyone’s favorite… chore-sharing!
- Creative Arts: Theater, dance, basket weaving, pottery, cooking, baking +
Campers will enjoy comfortable housing, delicious home-style cooked meals (three daily, plus snacks), and plenty of free time to build friendships that transcend continents. With professional, career educators and a dedicated program coordinator, Natalia, who will remain on-site 24/7, parents can rest assured their children are in safe and caring hands.
What Makes Us Unique?
Living Spanish is designed for children in the U.S. studying Spanish, offering them a fully immersive environment surrounded by native speakers. Campers naturally strengthen their language skills while making international friends and lifelong memories by integrating with local Spanish kids from neighboring towns and cities.
Tuition: $4,300 per camper (travel to Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, not included). This fee covers lodging, meals, and all camp activities.
